With its plunging nose, slanting headlights and wrap-around side protection mouldings, Trafic is a vehicle with a strong, expressive appearance. The design lines and solid bumper are a manifestation of its robustness, strength, safety and dynamic performance. The hump-roofed cabin, affectionately referred to as the «Jumbo effect», provides easy access to the driving position.
Whether you are transporting people or goods, you can always trust the New Trafic Van to deliver. Its short wheelbase is perfect for city driving. A low roof offers access to almost all underground car parks while it opens up amply to I many items in the load area.
The Trafic is voluminous enough to carry up to 8 cubic meters of goods, with a maximum payload of 1,200kg. Transporting goods for work or play has never been easier.
Road holding is excellent. Trafic turns in a smooth performance on all types of surfaces.
The front suspension features a MacPherson strut and anti-roll bar. Steering precision and ride comfort are thus comparable with those of a minivan.
At the rear, the torsion beam suspension adapts to the load in order to provide an excellent compromise between handling and comfort.
With the Trafic, you’ll stay in perfect control when faced with potentially dangerous situations. It comes with a slew of advanced safety features, including 4 disc brakes, ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution*.
The Trafic also protects its passengers with features such as a driver airbag, three-point seatbelts with load limiters and pretensioners on the side seats, and head restraints on all seats. It is also available with optional passenger side and curtain airbags.
When stationary, the Trafic’s locks, steering column and spare wheel effectively prevent theft protection. The standard engine immobiliser and optional antiintrusion alarm will further set your mind at ease.
